Now I’ve been visiting Thraka Grill in Kassiopi for a few years, in fact I wrote a recipe based on their amazing barbecue Belly Pork for my new book, “Paul James’s Corfu Odyssey”
If ever you want to traditional Corfiot food such as Gyros, souvlaki, Sausage and of course probably the best Belly pork I believe in Corfu, please give this place a try, you won’t regret it.
